Information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to send us: the contact details, organization, opportunity details, and description you enter in our contact form, and any documents you attach. We do not sell information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How we use it
Submitted information is used solely to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, including business development review, teaming discussions, and capture planning. Correspondence is handled by Konnex Federal personnel with a business need to review it.
Uploaded documents
Documents attached to an inquiry (RFPs, RFIs, sources sought notices, statements of work, technical requirements) are stored in private storage. They are never published on this website and are not accessible through any public URL.
Retention
Inquiries and attachments are retained for as long as needed to evaluate and pursue the opportunity and to meet our recordkeeping obligations. You may request deletion of your inquiry at any time.
Sensitive and classified information
Do not submit classified information, controlled unclassified information requiring a specific safeguarding agreement, personally identifiable information about third parties, or any material you are not authorized to share. This website is not an approved channel for classified or restricted data.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted, email Konnex@Konnex.co with your inquiry reference number.
